5 Causes of High Blood Pressure.

Blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is the force of blood against the walls of your arteries. When blood pressure is high, there’s more force on the walls of your arteries than normal, which makes it difficult for your heart to pump blood through them and can result in an increased risk of stroke or heart attack. Of course, high blood pressure isn’t just dangerous, it can also be incredibly uncomfortable – causing you to feel angry or dizzy at different times during the day, especially if you get too angry or stressed!

2) Being Dehydrated

Blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is the force of blood against the walls of your arteries.  When you’re dehydrated, your body doesn’t have enough water to function properly and maintain a normal blood pressure. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded after standing up for a long time or if you feel like you can’t think clearly when you get angry, chances are good that you aren’t drinking enough water every day.

3) Having an Anger Problem

Blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is the force of blood against the walls of your arteries.  It’s measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). A normal blood pressure reading is 120/80 mm Hg or lower. You have high blood pressure when it consistently stays at 140/90 mm Hg or higher. If you have a condition that makes you feel dizzy and angry, like POTS syndrome, these symptoms could be caused by a problem with your heart rate and blood pressure levels.

4) Watching Too Much TV

Blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is the force of blood against the walls of your arteries.  When it’s high, it can damage your heart and other organs in your body. High blood pressure can be caused by a number of factors including poor diet and lack of exercise, but one surprising contributor to high blood pressure is too much TV time. If you’re feeling dizzy or angry after watching TV for an extended period of time, it could be a sign that you have high blood pressure.

5) Being Overweight

Carrying excess weight has a direct effect on blood pressure, leading to high blood pressure, according to American Heart Association. Being overweight puts you at greater risk for heart disease and stroke, which are among the top reasons that lead to death in America. Reducing your BMI can help lower your blood pressure.
